For your convenience, Green Tree Data's charges will appear on your local telephone bill. The monthly fee of $8.23 will appear on your local telephone bill. The low monthly fee is $8.23. All charges will appear on your local telephone on the Transaction Clearing bill page bill as being billed on behalf of Green Tree Data. You can cancel the service at any time by calling toll-free 1-800-229-1470. In addition, request Voice to Email option and provide your personal email address and audio copy of your messages will be emailed to you for your convenience. You must be at least 18 years old or older and duly authorized by the telephone account owner to make charges to and/or authorized to incur charges to the telephone number. Green Tree Data's authorization to provide and bill its services is obtained by way of your electronic signature. Once submitted, this electronic order constitutes an electronic letter of agency authorized by your electronic signature in accordance with specific terms and conditions. Green Tree Data's reliance on your electronic signature, as obtained herein, was specifically sanctioned and written into law when the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act ("UETA") and the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Transactions Act ("E-Sign") were enacted in 1999 and 2000, respectively. Both laws specifically preempt all state laws that recognize only paper records or handwritten signatures. This service is subject to confirmation of Green Tree Data's ability to apply its billing against your working telephone number. Green Tree Data will verify and approve all orders in accordance with its standard order verification procedures, and shall perform any scrubs that it deems appropriate. All orders are subject to approval by Green Tree Data. Green Tree Data will notify approved customers via email of the activation of their service. The activation email will be sent to the email address you provided on the order registration page and include complete operating instructions and customer service contact information. You may withdraw your authority to have Green Tree Data's future billing appear on your local telephone bill by contacting Green Tree Data's customer service department as outlined in the activation email. Special Condition For All States Except Minnesota Messaging Services are considered Enhanced Telecommunications Services. When you elect to bill Enhance Telecommunications Services on your telephone bill, neither your local long-distance service can be disconnected for failure to pay these charges. Enhanced Telecommunications Service Providers may employ other agencies to collect delinquent service charges, even if it was previously adjusted them from your telephone bill... If you did not wish to order this service, simply call customer service toll-free at 1-800-229-1470. Green Tree Data shall not be obligated to accept any order. Green Tree Data retains the right to discontinue providing its services to any customer for any reason or no reason. |
